In accordance with Meta Platform Terms and Facebook Data Protection policies, users of AutoPoster.AI have the right to request the deletion of their personal data and associated Facebook Page tokens at any time.
Method 1: Disconnect Directly in Dashboard (Instant)
- Log into your AutoPoster.AI account.
- Go to "Pages & Profiles" in the navigation.
- Click "Disconnect" (Trash icon) next to any connected Facebook Page or Account.
- All tokens and automated scheduling records for that account are permanently deleted from our database instantly.
Method 2: Remove App via Facebook Settings
- Go to your Facebook Account Settings & Privacy ➔ Settings.
- Click Apps and Websites in the left sidebar.
- Find AutoPoster.AI and click Remove.
- Facebook automatically sends a secure server-to-server data deletion ping to our automated webhook, which wipes all your platform records.
Method 3: Email Request
You can also email us at support@autoposter.ai with your registered email address. We process and confirm full account and data deletion within 24 hours.
